Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At Cureveda, we believe in delivering high-quality wellness products with complete transparency and care. If your experience is anything less than satisfactory, we're here to help—within the scope of the following policy.
Eligible Return Scenarios
You may initiate a return or refund if your order meets any of the following conditions:

Received a damaged, leaking, broken, or tampered product

Received a wrong product

Product delivered is past its expiration date

Order is incomplete (missing items)
You must notify us within:

48 hours for damaged/missing/wrong items or any other acceptable return reasons

Return/Refund Requests Not Accepted If:

Product is used, opened, or altered

Original packaging (box, seal, invoice, labels) is missing

Return is raised after 48 hours of delivery

Product is returned due to flavor dislike, texture, taste, side effects, or brand comparison

Delivery is outside India
-
Product is consumed in part and then returned
-
Shipping address provided was incorrect
-
Return requested raised due to better discounts/offers available on the website
Return/Refund Process

Contact our team via email or phone with clear images of the issue

We will verify the request within 24–48 working hours
If approved:

We will arrange a reverse pickup
-
If pickup is unavailable in your area, self-ship the item and we will reimburse ₹100 courier charges
After inspection, we will process:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement, or
-
Cureveda Cash (store credit)
based on your preference
Refund Timelines & Modes

Card/UPI/Netbanking orders: Refunded to the same account within 3–7 working days
-
Cash on Delivery: Refunded via NEFT/UPI to your bank account after product inspection

Refunds are processed only after product verification at our warehouse and once the RTO is delivered successfully to our warehouse
-
Double payments (same order, same email) will also be refunded
Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before dispatch at no charge

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
-
In emergency scenarios, cancellation may be allowed post-dispatch upon customer support review. A ₹200 deduction will apply
-
Order cancellation due to better discounts/offers available on the website will not be entertained
